Governance
How the Kemnal Residents' Association is run, and access to our complete archive of minutes, accounts, and newsletters.
Kemnal Road is a private, unadopted road. Its maintenance — including the road surface, footpaths, verges, and shared infrastructure — is the responsibility of its residents, not Bromley Council.
The Kemnal Residents' Association exists to manage this collective responsibility. All residents of Kemnal Road and its subsidiary roads are automatic members. A committee of volunteers acts on behalf of members, meeting quarterly to oversee maintenance, finances, and community matters. Committee positions are voted on at the Annual General Meeting, typically held in June.
